Did you do Girl's State in high school?

Posted by: Emy at July 28, 2004 12:47 AM

No, we didn't have that... is that like Boy's Nation? I did model UN and started a local young Dems group... Were you in Girl's State? Want to get political again?

Posted by: Emily at July 28, 2004 07:14 AM

Girl's State is similiar to Boy's Nation, except they focus on state government rather than national gov't. The State programs (girl's and boy's) is where the delegates to the Nation ones are selected. And yes, I did Girl's State. :)

I'm always interested in politics, I just don't know what to do with that, or how much I want to be interested. Except now, having said that, I feel like a complete slacker. :-O
