Shachar and I went to see the movie Hotel Rwanda tonight in Monterey. Its an amazing, powerful, important, tough film. Its hard to watch but I think everyone needs to go and see it. The description explains that, "Don Cheadle stars in the true-life story of Paul Rusesabagina, a hotel manager who housed over a thousand Tutsis refugees during their struggle against the Hutu militia in Rwanda." Don Cheadle was amazing and deserves his award nominations for this (he's up for best actor), and Sophie Okonedo who played his wife, received a supporting actress nomination.
