About 40 members of the Campbell community, including representatives from city, state and federal offices, attended the kick-off March 8 of the Campbell campaign for Measures A and B.The Measure A campaign to renew the parcel tax for county library services, as well as the campaign for Measure B, which would increase the library tax by $12 a year, is under way in Campbell. Advocates at phone banks are calling Campbell voters from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, said Evan Low, a campaign leader.A two-thirds majority is necessary to pass the renewal of the library parcel tax. Measure B can be passed only if Measure A is passed. Ballots will be mailed to voters and must be returned by May 3. Voters in Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Saratoga and unincorporated areas including Alum Rock will decide the measure.
